Scientists from Thackeray Wildlife Foundation and University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology have identified a new plant species, Stauranthera aureglossa. Identified in the evergreen forests of Kamle and Upper Subansiri districts of Arunachal Pradesh, scientists have classified it as an endangered species due to its rare habitat.
