Panic gripped a residential area in Amritsar after a scooter-borne assailant shot a man and a woman, injuring both. The incident occurred when the male victim, a daily-wage labourer, stepped out to visit a salon. Police are scanning CCTV footage and questioning witnesses, saying the accused fled immediately and will be arrested soon.
