Home Minister Amit Shah, while addressing the Rajya Sabha, said that scrapping Article 370 will end the bloodshed in Jammu and Kashmir. He further said that Article 370 helped radicalise youth and foster terrorism in the state. He added that industry, healthcare, and education in Kashmir were stalled due to Article 370.
