Screen time in bed worse for sleep than screen time before bed: Study

A new study on youths has found that screen time in bed, particularly interactive screen activities such as gaming and multitasking, was associated with less sleep. It found that screen time two hours before bed had little impact on young people's sleep. "The findings showed that not all screen time before bed was associated with impaired sleep," the study stated.
