Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal lauded the courage of seafarers onboard LPG carriers Shivalik and Nanda Devi which reached India after crossing Strait of Hormuz. “Seafarers are the unsung heroes of global trade,” he said, adding that those aboard Shivalik and Nanda Devi vessels demonstrated exceptional resilience and composure. Both vessels carried over 90,000 metric tonnes of LPG to India.
