A sealed copy of Super Mario 64 from 1996 was sold at an auction for $1,560,000 (₹11.6 crore), becoming the most expensive video game ever sold. It broke a record set by The Legend of Zelda game which sold for $870,000 (₹6.4 crore) two days ago. The Super Mario 64 game is in near-perfect condition and with an intact seal.
