Actor Sean Connery's death certificate shows that the 'James Bond' star died in his sleep from respiratory failure as a result of pneumonia, old age and atrial fibrillation, TMZ reported. Atrial fibrillation is an irregular heart rate that can increase the risk of strokes and heart failure. Connery passed away on October 31 at 1:30 am at his home.
