Suzlon Energy on Tuesday said market regulator SEBI has appointed a forensic auditor to carry out an audit of its financial statements. The regulator said that the auditor's appointment is in the context of disclosures of the company's business transactions. The company, however, said that “it has been and is compliant with the applicable laws and regulations.”
