SEBI has approved the proposed initial public offerings (IPOs) of four companies, which are BIBA Fashion Limited, Keystone Realtors Limited, Plaza Wires Limited and Hemani Industries Limited. Warburg Pincus and Faering Capital-backed BIBA Fashion had filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus for an IPO in April. Rustomjee group firm Keystone Realtors filed the preliminary papers for IPO in June.
