ZEE Founder Subhash Chandra and his son Punit Goenka allegedly routed funds from their company through multiple layers of entities owned or controlled by Chandra's family, according to SEBI. In an interim order, SEBI shared a series of flowcharts to show how the company's crores of rupees were routed back to itself. This was allegedly done to fake loan recovery.
