SEBI has dismissed the stock manipulation allegations made by Hindenburg Research in a report against billionaire Gautam Adani and his group companies in its final order. "I find that the allegations...aren't established...the question of...any liability on Noticees doesn't arise and...determination...of penalty also doesn't require any deliberation," Whole-time Member Kamlesh Varshney stated.
