Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has given in-principle approval to Helios Capital to launch a mutual fund business. The portfolio management services business, Helios Capital Management PTE Limited, applied for a mutual fund license in February 2021. Founder and Fund Manager Samir Arora announced the approval on Twitter and added that they will focus on performance and service.
