Zee promoter Punit Goenka's lawyer said SEBI shouldn't solely rely on Yes Bank in the ₹200-crore fund diversion case as the bank previously had "rogue management". The bank is merely trying to save its face, the lawyer told the Securities Appellate Tribunal. SEBI recently barred Goenka and Subhash Chandra from the boards of four Zee Group firms.
