The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has asked food delivery company Zomato to issue a clarification regarding the 'Eternal' restructuring scheme. CEO Deepinder Goyal in an internal memo said that the company will have multiple CEOs running the different businesses - Zomato, Blinkit, Hyperpure and Feeding India. He further added that the larger organisation would be called 'Eternal'.
