In a major move towards improving public transport, Mumbai might soon get its second underground metro line. The proposed 17.4-kilometre stretch will connect key parts of the city from Anik Depot in Sion to the Gateway of India. This new project promises to make travel between South Mumbai and the eastern suburbs much easier and faster.
