Section 163 enforced in New Delhi, no permission granted for protest: Delhi Police

Section 163 of the BNSS will remain in force in New Delhi district on Saturday to ensure public safety and smooth traffic movement, DCP New Delhi announced. Police said no permission has been granted for any protest today. Delhi Police has prohibited unauthorised gatherings, public speeches, slogan-shouting, processions, demonstrations, dharnas and other specified activities in the New Delhi area.
