The South Central Railway has commenced the demolition of the main terminal building at Secunderabad Railway Station, Telangana, as part of an ₹720 crore redevelopment project. The initiative aims to transform the historic station into a state-of-the-art transit hub, enhancing passenger experience with modern facilities. Originally built in 1874 by the Nizam, it was later expanded in 1950.
