Security has been tightened across Punjab and Kerala after the explosion near Red Fort in Delhi, which killed at least eight people on Monday. Police are on high alert in Chandigarh, while Kerala Police Chief Ravada Azad Chandrasekhar has directed the police to strengthen security across the state. Delhi, UP and Maharashtra are also on high alert after the blast.
