Seeti 2.0 will be held in Meghalaya from March 26–31, bringing chefs, storytellers and communities together. Backed by CM Conrad Sangma, the event highlights indigenous cuisine, sustainable tourism and local traditions, aiming to place the Northeast at the centre of India’s evolving food narrative.
