Delhi-based hospitality firm Select Group has bought a residential property in South Delhi's Westend colony for ₹125 crore, according to a property registration document accessed by Zapkey. The transaction was registered on October 14 in the name of Select World Tours India Private Limited. The company paid a stamp duty of ₹8.75 crore for the transaction.
