Self-proclaimed Bitcoin inventor ordered to pay $5 bn to ex-partner

Craig Wright, an Australian computer scientist who claims to have invented Bitcoin, was ordered to surrender around $5 billion of the cryptocurrency to his former partner Dave Kleiman's estate. A US judge ruled that late Kleiman owned half of all Bitcoins that Wright mined before his death. Wright denied there was a partnership and claimed he cannot access the Bitcoins.
