Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said real estate firms should consider selling unsold units at no-profit-no-loss to save interest on loans and enhance liquidity. Firms should mull establishing their own housing finance companies to give loans at lower rates instead of depending on banks. He said Mumbai builders who aren't selling unsold units and waiting for price rise are "committing mistakes".
