Actor Vijay took oath as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister in a grand ceremony in Chennai. His cabinet includes 29 year old Selvi S Keerthana, now the youngest minister. Backed by 120 MLAs, the TVK government also inducted nine ministers. Keerthana, a Sivakasi MLA, is a former political consultant and rising young face in state politics.
