Shiv Sena (UBT)'s Anil Parab said he will file defamation case against Ramdas Kadam, now with Eknath Shinde, for making "fake allegations" about Bal Thackeray's death. Kadam had claimed that Bal Thackeray's body was kept at 'Matoshree' for two days before his death was announced in 2012. He also alleged that Uddhav Thackeray took Bal Thackeray’s fingerprints after his death.
