Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Dr Amol Devlekar distributed one kg of chicken each to nearly a thousand families in Pune to protest the ban on meat sales in some districts of Maharashtra for Independence Day. Devlekar stated that every citizen has the right to decide what they should eat and said that the ban on meat sales is not right.
