Superintendent of police, Nagpur rural, Arti Singh has asked the top banks in the region to ensure that bank alerts are sent to customers' phone in either Marathi or Hindi instead of English for easy understanding. Besides, orders have been issued regarding installations of CCTV-cameras and proper illumination inside and outside of the banks and ATMs for the customer security.
