Bengaluru police have arrested Govindaraju, 49, a chief ticket inspector with South Western Railway (SWR), for allegedly cheating government job aspirants by promising to manipulate competitive examination results. Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) S Girish confirmed the arrest, stating it was purely a case of fraud.
