A senior Russian military officer who headed the country's ammunition supply has been killed in a car bombing near Moscow, several reports said. Damir Davydov was driving near his home when an explosive device planted underneath a BMW detonated at about 5:30 am on Tuesday. Russian investigative outlet The Insider reported that Ukrainian security service, SBU, was behind the blast.
