Senores Pharmaceuticals has acquired an additional 3.73% stake in Havix Group Inc (Aavis Pharmaceuticals), raising its total holding to 54.96%. The purchase of 8,454 shares, at $160 each, was approved by the board and is a non-related party transaction. Havix, a US-based pharmaceutical company, reported a $14.44 million turnover for FY24.
