ICC Chairman Jay Shah expressed his condolences over the death of Afghan cricketers Kabeer Agha, Sibghatullah and Haroon who were killed in Pakistan's airstrike. Calling the incident "senseless act of violence", he stated, "The loss of such promising talent is a tragedy not just for Afghanistan but for the entire cricketing world. We stand in solidarity with Afghanistan Cricket Board."
