Sensex fell by nearly 600 points or over 0.8% while Nifty dipped over 110 points in early trade on Monday. Meanwhile, the Indian rupee also fell to an all-time low of 87.9 against the US dollar. This comes as US President Donald Trump announced that he will impose 25% tariffs on steel and aluminium imports and reciprocal tariffs.
