Sensex and Nifty ended in the red on Monday. At close, Sensex was down 1,352.74 points or 1.71%, at 77,566.16, while the Nifty ended the day 422.40 points or 1.73%, lower at 24,028. The sharp decline comes after oil prices crossed $100/barrel-mark amid ongoing Middle East war. Indian rupee also fell to an all-time low of 92.33 against US dollar.
