Sensex falls over 800 points in early trade

Benchmark index Sensex plunged more than 800 points to 72,772.48 in early trade on Wednesday, while Nifty also plunged to go below 22,600. Fresh tensions involving the Middle East conflict and rising oil prices weighed on the investor sentiment. Almost all sectoral indices traded in the red, with Nifty Auto trading with marginal gain.
