SEPC share price jumped over 7% on Tuesday following the announcement of a majority stake acquisition in Avenir International Engineers and Consultants. The ₹1,530-crore deal involves a 90% equity stake through a share swap arrangement, reports stated. The acquisition reportedly enables the firm's entry into the global oil and gas engineering sector.
