ServiceNow is on its way to acquiring another AI startup called Logik.ai. It is an AI-powered Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions provider. The acquisition is expected to strengthen position of ServiceNow in the CRM market and improve sales process automation. ServiceNow has been expanding its CRM & Industry workflow business, and Logik.ai’s AI-powered CPQ solution fits into this strategy.
