ServiceNow has signed an agreement to acquire AI-powered workplace assistant provider Moveworks for $2.85 billion. The deal, expected to close in the second half of 2025, will strengthen ServiceNow's AI-driven automation capabilities. Moveworks' AI assistants help businesses streamline workflows across HR, IT, and customer service.
