Seven friends from Dharwad were killed in a head-on collision with a lorry at Arabail Ghat in Karnataka's Uttara Kannada while on a pilgrimage. Before beginning their journey, they visited a Ganapati temple, offered prayers and clicked a selfie that became their final photograph. Two others sustained critical injuries, and police have launched an investigation into the accident.
