Several K'taka BJP leaders detained during march over Valmiki Corporation scam

Several BJP leaders and workers were detained in Karnataka during their march to the state Assembly seeking Minister B Nagendra's resignation over his alleged involvement in the Valmiki Corporation scam. Leader of Opposition, R Ashoka, alleged that ₹187 crore belonging to the Valmiki Corporation was siphoned off. Congress slammed the protest asking Opposition to debate the issue in the Assembly.
