SF-based Loom fires 23 workers in its 2nd round of layoffs this yr

San Francisco-based video messaging startup Loom has fired 23 employees in its second round of layoffs this year. The company laid off 34 employees in June citing "increased economic uncertainty". Loom acquired unicorn status last year after it raised $130 million in Series C funding round at a valuation of $1.53 billion. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz.
