The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) has started investigating BYJU'S over its alleged financial reporting and governance lapses, The Hindu BusinessLine reported. BYJU'S, however, told the publication that it has not received any communication from SFIO to date on the launch of any probe. This comes after the edtech startup's three board members and auditor Deloitte resigned last month.
