Flipkart-backed logistics startup Shadowfax has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) under the confidential route for an initial public offering (IPO) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Moneycontrol reported. The IPO size is expected to be between ₹2,000-2,500 crore. Reportedly, companies like Meesho and Lenskart will also file IPO later this year.
