Shakti Pumps invested ₹3 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shakti EV Mobility, by subscribing to 30 lakh equity shares. This increases the total investment to ₹35 crore. Shakti EV Mobility, engaged in manufacturing EV motors and chargers, had a turnover of ₹430.09 lakh as of March 31, 2024. The investment aims to expand Shakti EV Mobility's business.
