Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd raised ₹292.60 crore through a QIP at ₹918 per share, a 4.97% discount to the SEBI floor price of ₹965.96. Funds will be used to set up a 2.20 GW solar cell and module plant in Pithampur. The QIP saw strong DII participation, increasing paid-up equity capital to ₹123.40 crore.
