Sham Foam IPO opens at fixed price of ₹130

Sham Foam IPO opened on August 11, 2026, on the BSE SME platform at ₹130 per share. The ₹40 crore issue comprises 31.14 lakh fresh shares and closes on August 13. The company will use ₹14.72 crore for capex, ₹14.25 crore for working capital and ₹6.04 crore for corporate purposes.
