After two persons were killed after police allegedly opened fire to disperse a mob that was protesting against power cuts in Bihar's Katihar, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi criticised the state government. "This is a shameful incident," he tweeted. "Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav justified the action...and accused the victim of 'bullying'," Owaisi tweeted.
