The Supreme Court has refused to entertain AIIMS' curative petition against the court's order allowing a 15-year-old to terminate her 30-week pregnancy medically. "Imagine she is a child...But we want to make her a mother," SC remarked, adding that this is a case of rape. AIIMS contested that abortion isn't possible, adding, "It'll be a live baby with severe deformities."
