The Centre told the Supreme Court that an Indian man's Russian wife, who allegedly ran away with their four-year-old boy, remains "untraceable". The government added that she has not left India through legal channels. ASG Aishwarya Bhati said the woman has ₹169 in her bank account. "How is she travelling and looking after child if means are limited," SC asked.
