Police investigating the Sheena Bora murder case have said that suspects Indrani Mukerjea and Sanjeev Khanna allegedly placed her body between them on the rear seat of a rented vehicle. This was done to make it appear that Sheena was sleeping, as they drove from Mumbai to Raigad to avoid arousing police suspicion at checkpoints.
