As per reports, actor Charlie Sheen's girlfriend Julia Stambler has revealed that she is not scared of her boyfriend being HIV positive. Julia is also said to have called those warning her to stay away from Sheen because of his illness 'ignorant'. She is reportedly keen on letting people know that being HIV positive is not a "relationship buzzkill".
