Chinese fashion retailer SHEIN is reviving plans to list in New York this year, Reuters reported. According to the report, SHEIN's Chinese Founder Chris Xu is also considering a citizenship change partly to bypass China's new and tougher rules on overseas listings. Founded in 2008, SHEIN had started preparing for US IPO two years ago but later shelved the plan.
